Payment for services through our website is processed under the registered entrepreneurial activity code of the aforementioned service provider. Please check this page for our privacy policy.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree with the stated conditions. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Use on your own behalf or on behalf of third parties. After successfully completing your booking, you must make the payment within the due time, notify us promptly if there is any change or cancellation of your reservation, and inform other members of your group about the booking details.
We strive to be precise in our service descriptions, photos, and prices, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. All vehicles displayed on the site are part of our offer but may not be available at all times. The vehicles used for transportation are registered for taxi or limo services; however, not all are owned by Belgrade Chauffeur but by colleagues with whom we cooperate. These colleagues are also registered as auto taxi entrepreneurs or limo service/shuttle providers.
TRANSFER
A transfer refers to transporting one or more passengers from one location to another. Belgrade Chauffeur does not provide shared or classic taxi services. We only offer private transfers for longer routes, with the shortest being a taxi transfer from the airport to Belgrade.
The client must specify the departure and destination locations to use our transfer services.
Transfers are conducted in vehicles that accommodate a certain number of passengers and luggage.
At the airport, the driver will wait for the client with a sign displaying the client’s surname. For other locations, the driver will contact the client by phone or send a message with vehicle details (color, model, plates).
LIMO SERVICE
Limo service is legally defined as a special activity, it essentially involves renting a vehicle with a driver.
TAXI
We do not schedule taxi trips around the city nor respond to such calls as Belgrade Chauffeur does not operate a dispatching radio center.
RESERVATION
To make a reservation through our contact form, the client must fill in all required fields. Even if your booking form updates automatically, the reservation is only complete when we manually process it and contact you via email or phone. The reservation is considered incomplete if you do not respond to this email, call, or SMS.
If you book via email, Viber, WhatsApp, SMS, or call, you must provide all driving details.
It is mandatory to enter the city or airport as the initial and/or final destination.
It is also necessary to select the desired type of vehicle. If the chosen vehicle class is unavailable, we reserve the right to send a higher-class vehicle at no additional cost. Clients must ensure that all children (regardless of age) have a separate seat in the vehicle. The price does not depend on the number of passengers.
Travel data, including time, address, flight number, and contact details, must be entered accurately. The client is responsible for providing a correct mobile phone number and must be reachable. If we cannot contact the client before the ride and no deposit or full payment has been made in advance, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
For late bookings, we will inform you in due time if transportation can be arranged. If a late-night or early-morning reservation is possible, we will not inform you in advance.
The client is responsible for ensuring all travel details are accurate and complete. Inaccurate data on the voucher (e.g., contact information, place, and time) will result in no refund if the transfer is not made. The local time (in the country of transfer) must be used.
If our system fails to find a relationship in our database, please send a written request to our email address.
MEET AND GREET
The driver will meet the customer at the specified location and time in the booking confirmation.
At the airport, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour after the plane lands. Any additional waiting time may incur extra charges. For other pickup locations, 15 minutes of waiting is free of charge. If the driver cannot reach the client within this time frame, the booking will be canceled.
If the driver cannot wait for the client, they must notify them promptly. The client must wait at the agreed location and time, except at the airport, where departure time depends on passport control.
Any changes in arrival or departure times, location, or flight delays must be reported by the client. If the driver does not appear at the agreed location on time and does not respond within 10 minutes, the client can cancel the ride and request a refund, providing proof that they were waiting at the agreed time and place.
LUGGAGE
Luggage must fit securely in the trunk (approx. 400 liters). Drivers are not required to carry luggage other than hand-held items in the passenger area. Fragile and liquid items must be securely packed by the client.
PETS
Belgrade Chauffeur does not accept the transport of pets to maintain vehicle hygiene.
PAYMENT POLICY
At the end of the ride, payment can be made by cash or credit card if the client ordered a vehicle with the POS. An approximate cost must be paid upfront for waiting periods.
For transfers abroad, payment must be made before crossing the border.
Business account payments must be made 24 hours before the journey. Proof of payment, such as a bank receipt or screenshot, is required.
Refunds are processed through PayPal.
Foreign payment card transactions are converted to the Bank’s settlement currency (EUR) based on the National Bank of Serbia’s exchange rate. The amount may differ due to additional currency conversions by payment card operators. PayPal payments are subject to a 10% increase due to commissions and conversions.
CHANGE OF RESERVATIONS
To change a reservation, email us. All changes must be approved by us, and a confirmation will be sent to the email provided during booking. Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the first scheduled transfer.
The buyer is responsible for any increased costs due to changes such as vehicle size, destination, or additional requests. You will be notified of any price changes and must make additional payments before transport.
If changes result in a cost reduction, a refund will be issued if the change request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
The seller tracks flight details based on booking information. Notify us immediately if your flight is delayed by 3 or more hours, if the flight number changes, or if you miss your flight.
After your flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes at the agreed location. If you need more time, contact the emergency number on your voucher. Extended wait times are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
For non-airport pickup points, the driver will wait up to 10 minutes.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Full refunds (100%) will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the first agreed transfer, minus bank commissions, within 7 business days.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed departure.
CANCELLATION BY OUR SIDE
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for any undelivered services if already paid.

- Safe driving
- Polite and friendly behavior
- Unobtrusive presence
- Ability to communicate in English
- Enabling Wi-Fi in Serbia (not abroad due to roaming)
- Playing neutral music or leaving the radio station as preferred by the traveler
- Maintaining a comfortable temperature in the car
- No smoking in the car
- No phone use while driving
- Keeping the vehicle clean
- Assisting with luggage
- Monitoring flight status and waiting at the airport with a sign
- Taking short breaks during journeys

CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS
- No eating in the vehicle
- No pets
- No smoking
- Appropriate dress (no transport without a shirt or in bathing suits as per law)
- Leaving a deposit if leaving the vehicle
- Taking care of valuables (we are not responsible for lost items during the ride)
- Not exceeding passenger or luggage limits
- Using seat belts
- Not placing feet on seats or other interior parts not designed for such use
- Ensuring children do not stand in the back seat
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (for rides paid in advance):
- Cancel the ride at least 24 hours before
- Driver fails to show up (refund + 20% of transportation price)
- We cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (refund + 20% of transportation price if less than 24 hours before the ride)
- Major inconvenience during the trip caused by our fault
20% refund:
- Driver is 10 minutes or more late
- Any inconvenience caused by our fault
